Same mess at Legends North building. The administration just don't care about the employee.
He goes by what the supervisor says,and they can lie. The housekeeping supervisor don't know how to talk to women,he likes to talk them about his sex life. They tell the administration about it and he does nothing about it.
Ensign need to go and talk to the workers. They only has 2 housekeepers, no one will stay there.

OC PC Services Daniel Danino Identity Theft Blackmail
I found OC PC SERVICES on Craigs List - that alone should be a warning.
This guy Daniel shows up - claims he will fix my laptop for $40.
He then told me that I simply needed a new drive for $90 and that he was so impressed by what I did for a living he would extract the data from my laptop for free.
He needed though to take my laptop to his shop as the scan to retrieve the data would take 13-16 hours.
Well - it has been over a month, he refuses to return my property and claims he is a part of a biker gang that is going to 'inflict pain' bring a 'reign of terror against my family' that he will 'rape my wife and daughter in front of me' sic.
Stay away for your families safety there is a reason his ad is to good to be true.

Thank you for your comment. However, the stafffing comment is not only inaccurate, it's slanderous and unfair to the good people that try so hard at this operation.
Our leaders simply don't run staffing ratios that you are reporting. It's therefore very disappointing that you feel compelled to make a statement like this. I feel bad you didn't have a good experience, please don't report inaccuracies in bitterness. By the way, you're not even counting the licensed management staff that are involved in patient care.
That alone should be reflected in your report. Complaining about your experience is ok...it's on the leadership to ensure every employee has a good experience. And in that, there was clearly some failure.
For that, I hope you know how regretful we are. You deserve better.
Ensign group owns a few places in Abilene TX. The DON at that facility, is one of those that thinks she knows everything.
She passes her work off to everyone else, she was hired as DON, before she ever received her RN degree. She has made that facility go down very much. The facility lost several good nurses and CNA's, due to the DON has no respect for anyone, other than herself. She wants to run everything, and she can't even do her job.
She is worse than a teenager, she talks bad about staff behind their back, but it all loving to their face. She doesn't know anything about the patients, and sits in her office on her behind all day. Unless corporate or state is on the premises.
There have been several complaints on her, but Ensign just let's them go and doesn't even investigate. She will cause the facility to close it's doors, and there will be a lot of patients looking for other places to go.
